Hacettepe University Guesthouses

 1. Beytepe Misafirhanesi (Beytepe Guesthouse)

   20 rooms will be available for our guests at Beytepe Guesthouse on Beytepe Campus from 12th to the 16th of May. Only one room can be reserved for each speaker/participant. Due to space limitations please do not ask to reserve more than one room.

   2. Sıhhiye Misafirhanesi (Sıhhiye Guesthouse)

   20 rooms will be available for our guests at Sıhhiye Guesthouse on Sıhhiye Campus from the 12th to the 16th of May. Only one room can be reserved for each speaker/participant. Due to space limitations please do not ask to reserve more than one room.

   Single Room Price: 1300 TL

   Double Room Price: 1870 TL

   You need to make a reservation beforehand by sending an e-mail to the relevant e-mail address. In order to avoid confusion, you need to put "IDEA Konferans" in the subject line for both guesthouses. Please make sure that you make your reservation at the Guesthouses until the 15th of April 2026.   

   Our guests who choose to stay at Beytepe Guesthouse have to pay the full amount to the above-mentioned (Beytepe) IBAN, when their reservation is confirmed. Then, they should submit their bank receipt and TC Identity copy or passport copy to the same e-mail address with the same subject headline.  

   Our guests to stay at Sıhhiye Guesthouse may pay for their lodgings upon arrival. However, they too should confirm their reservation via e-mail. 

   For both of these Guesthouses, a copy of your passport/TC identity Card information should be submitted to Guesthouse upon arrival. Beytepe Guesthouse is on Campus. So, transportation will not be needed. Sıhhiye Campus is in downtown, and close to Ankara Castle and Hamamönü, which is an old, historical, settlement. From there you can arrive on campus via Ankaray by getting on the metro at either Kurtuluş or Sıhhiye station.
